- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always in training of various types. I just finished a course in Yoga for Trauma therapy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was my calling. When I entered recovery from my addictions I knew this was what I would was to do with my life, so I left my career in banking to teach yoga.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a teacher with lots of training. Seek a teacher that will break down every single pose in detail for you so you are not left trying to guess how the position should look. You do not want to risk injury trying to look like others in the room. every person is different, every body is different, so every pose will look different on every person.
