There are pros and cons with working with contractors. Here are mine:
PROS:
-Honesty, Trust & Credibility - I have yet to find a contractor that is as honest and caring as Randy. You will have to take the leap of faith no matter who you choose - but don't make the mistake of choosing someone else.
-Predictability and Reliability - Randy's actions follow his words. Life is stressful enough and adding a construction project only adds to that stress. You know where you stand when it comes to Randy's work....he helps keep the stress to a minimum.
-Communication - He communicates clearly, listens attentively, and keeps you informed throughout the process. You’ll never feel lost or overwhelmed.
-Expertise and Creativity - His knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry trends is unparalleled. When you work with him, you’re tapping into a wealth of expertise.
-Transparency - This covers everything from costs to the status of your project.....there is never a mystery. You will always know everything you want to know!
