The best place to exercise as well as procure solid information about your body or fitness. The owner is approachable and knowledgeable with a lot of experience and education in his field of science. Before you settle on some corporate, loud, and crowded gym, have a look at the warm setting of the owners exercise area. It's one on one, listen to your own music, no one to stare at you or wait on, yet someone there to correct bad form.

Brandon set up a workout to accommodate my limitations due to some injuries I have but at the same time helping me to strengthen and rehab those injuries. The workout he creates has variety and he coaches me thru each step making sure I use the right form so I maximize each exercise.

Have been working with Brandon for a couple of months now, what I can tell you is he has helped me attain goals that have alluded me for quite a while working on my own. He takes an approach that is inclusive of your whole body not just working out but nutrition and injury rehab too. When I started training with Brandon my top goal was to build muscle, but I had concerns about my joints and flexibility. My job can be physically demanding and causes a lot of stiffness and discomfort on my body. Brandon taught me the skills I need to increase my flexibility, avoid joint pain and build muscle. I believe this is a life long skill that I will always be able to revert back to and I am so grateful that I invested my time and money in ActIn FITT. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 Initial 30-60min Evaluation and Consultation Training Rates Individual- $75-$195: 55 min Group- $94-$110 per person: 55 min
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we conduct a initial evaluation, which consists of body composition measurements, strength, endurance, and resting heart rate and blood pressure. It usually lasts between 30min-60min. This allows me to get to know the strength and weaknesses of the clients and so they can get to know me a little more.
