- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education is the past, present, future by always doing my homework.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into the baking business, my parents immigrated from Norway in 1951. Over the years I discovered and learned that my passion for food runs very deep and wide. I take pride and honor in my profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small parties anywhere between 10 to 60 guests, which is what I prefer to do. Breakfast, Brunch, Dinner and 7 layer torts.
