- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Ozzy and I was born in Argentina, and I moved to the states 10 years ago to create opportunities for myself in the culinary industry. I have a passion to cook and have experience in the industry for 15 years. I decided to get into this career thanks to my grandfather who was a shoe-maker and a chef. I always cooked by him. It inspired me to get into the career that I am in today, and further inspired me to attend culinary school to increase my knowledge about this industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who will take the time to fully understand your wants and needs and can efficiently determine the outcome. Look for a provider who is honest, respectful, and their work demonstrates a sense of integrity. Just because a company is the cheapest does not mean that it is the best way to go, best service, nor does it mean they are friendly. Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions, and be wary if the possible provider is avoiding questions. Always look for what is the best for you and your event!
