- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about food. It is what i have been challenging my self to master since the age of 5 and continue to be inspired by all the talent in the world that carry on traditions and create new ones.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle a lot of Kosher catering that requires a strong chef to prepare traditional Kosher meals that live up to the expectation of our clients. We have mastered the process of thinking on the go with ever changing environments during a wedding or other high-end corporate events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Think outside the box! I think there are to many "cookie cutter" environments out there. never be afraid to challenge your caterer to be inventive a push the creative envelop.
