- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I'm a professional with the knowledge and most importantly I don't charge ridiculous pricing and my integrity speaks for itself because not only will you receive top notch customer service but you will gain a friend because I love people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get as much information as I can so that I can start my research and come up with the best possible solution and offer resources to the customer if the need should arise to save the customer time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Of Science degree in Computer Network Engineering. I've also worked numerous IT related contracts for over 10+ years.
