I use a sliding scale, depending on a variety of variables. My rates, for truly professional service, are usually significantly less than other organizations.

Yes! I learn more from almost every experience, and also continue to read technical news from several online sources.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a hobby from 1978 to 1989. About that time, I realized I understood more about computer technology than anybody I knew. After fixing a problem for 4 engineers at a major thermostat company, I decided I should get into the business.
