Sarah did an amazing job at being my weddingcoordinator! There were a couple hiccups when it came to the DJ arriving late and a miscommunication about the cupcake payment and I had no idea the entire day! She seamlessly took care of it. My fiancé and I had 2 pre meetings with her before our big day and she was so organized with writing our itinerary and making sure those last minute tasks were complete. She was a great go to girl for my MIL as well, who just needed a lot of reassurance about things during the day and it was great to have Sarah as that point of contact instead of me. Sarah is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer all clients an introductory phone call to see if their needs match my services. I also want to be sure our vibes and energy are aligned. Once we establish a vendor/client relationship, a contract will be negotiated and executed. The client will receive two additional meetings and unlimited communication 2 months prior to the date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Three years ago I started helping out a family friend with their wedding and then it really snowballed from there. After my third wedding, I realized that I am really good at this and I should take my services professionally. Thumbtack was the right fit for how I could reach couples looking for a day of coordinator. I have had so much fun and it is satisfying looking back at where I started-just a well organized girl willing to help out a friend!
