Introduction: My name is Ben Nordquist and I would love to DJ, host, or emcee your wedding or next big event! I have over 6 years experience hosting, emceeing, and providing sound for a variety of events. As a trained public-speaker, I love the opportunity to meet and engage with large groups of people – weddings and company events are just a few ways I get to step into that space. I have and play a wide variety of music and custom-tailor each reception to the desires of the group I work with.
Since starting my own business I have developed a passion for reading my audience and providing brides, grooms, and crowds with a night to remember. Delivering rock star service to people through evenings with good music, fun, and dancing has been the perfect marriage between creating engaging atmospheres while responding to client needs.

Noah was a student at the dance and was not the individual who paid for the service nor my contact for the event. I was working with a counselor who coordinated the high school prom and would be happy to share her emails with me raving about the job I did! While obviously I care about whether or not the students attending have a good time, there are certain things that had to be balanced such as song selection for all groups of students, clean lyrics, and more.

We contracted Ben to DJ for our Senior Sendoff celebration from Luther College and he was nothing but absolutely outstanding! As most of the celebration was planned by students there was bound to be some snags in the plan and he was quick to adapt to our changes and needs. He was also great with taking requests from people and kept it clean and fun, which for a school function was exactly what we needed. There wasn't a moment when people weren't dancing to his music. Communication was also easy leading up to the event and set-up/tear down was all taken care of by Ben himself. Fantastic DJ, fantastic person, and energy!

Ben did an amazing job for our wedding and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Very easy to work with, offered great advice, and listened to all of my requests. Ben helped pull the whole event together and everyone had a a wonderful time, especially on the dance floor! If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond, Ben is the perfect choice!

We HIGHLY recommend Ben! He ran with our song suggestions but also had a great playlist of his own that did a great job setting the mood and vibe that we wanted, and then -- most importantly -- DJ'd an awesome dance party that kept everyone on the dance floor during the entire event! Ben was very responsive, punctual and organized, and overall super great to work with. This was the first time we had a DJ for our event (college Homecoming dance), and we couldn't have been happier with the result!

Ben is awesome! He is super great to work with in the planning process and he totally crushed it at our wedding. He did a great job catching the vibe of the room and the dance floor was never empty. We heard nothing but great things about the music from our wedding guests. Thanks Ben!
