Since receiving my certification from the National Association for Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) in 2014, I have cared for over 70 pets. Each animal has a special place in my heart and I treat each as my own. You can expect extreme dependability and clear communication from my service. I send email or text message reminders before you go out of town and follow ups to ensure you have returned and your pet isn't left alone. I also send updates with pictures for out of town visits so you can see what your pet has been up to! I love getting to know each pet's personality and bonding with them!

Pam was great. We called her at the last minute to help us out for the Thanksgiving holiday. We could not have been happier. Pam was very professional and asked a lot of questions to make sure that she knew everything that had to be done. We had a chance to watch her interact with our cats when she came over, and they and her got along great. She called us each day to give us a report, and even sent us pictures. She is terrific at what she does, and we would not hesitate to hire her again.

Pam has been walking my dog daily for 30 min. (Minneapolis, near river and M'haha Park). She's been consistently prompt, pleasant, efficient--the dog likes her and goes very willingly... It's definitely a good match, which is good since it needs to continue for awhile...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, after I receive a pet care request I will schedule a free meet and greet with you and your pet in advance of the service dates. I will get detailed information about your pet's needs and routine and you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning. NAPPS provides educational articles and training classes, and I am always looking for ways to improve my care for my pet clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love animals! My past and current pets have been my inspiration.
