It is important to know exactly what you can expect from your contractor. Are materials included in the estimate? Are prep work and clean up included? What kind of warranty will you have? Also ask how much experience the contractor has with the type of project you are doing? When comparing costs and services be sure you compare estimates " apples to apples" you may find one estimate to be more cost effective but it may not include everything that another, higher priced estimate includes.
