- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ascertain their needs, and go through the process that I will do to complete the job. I make sure the client understands what can be done and do my best to make sure that they are completely satisfied with my craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take all of the CE Credit courses that I can as well as keep myself current with all City regulations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the trades since i was 12 years old.
