Rob came out to fix our washing machine around March 9. The timer needed to be replaced. We paid $255 for the repair. However 2 weeks later, the dial knob connected to the new timer fell off. Call Rob back, he reconnected the dial. A week later, it fell off again. This time, Rob was not very professional in response. He was being very elusive about what time he will come out. First we agreed in the morning at 10 then 10 become between 11-noon. Then it got to 1:30pm. No update or notice from Rob. After my many texts asking if he's coming, he finally replied that he'll come out in the evening. Evening come, nothing from Rob. I had to text and ask if he could give a straight answer. He then answered back "I will come out" still without a specific time and asked me to stop texting him because it slowed him down.... Wow! where is Rob's professional manner? If he couldn't come out, a simple "no, sorry, I couldn't come today" or if he's late or got held up at some other jobs, a simple courtesy notice would go a long way. I wasted a whole afternoon and evening today waiting for this guy to show up. As I wrote this review, it's about 6:30 pm and still no words from him. I cannot recommend this guy. He appears to overbook jobs and always in a hurry. He lacks serious professionalism in regard to his schedule and manner.

Rob did a great job fixing my dishwasher. He was timely, prepared, explained the issues, went above & beyond when answering my questions and ultimately fixed the problem. He also was tidy (even asked if he should remove his shoes) and when finished, he ensured my kitchen was back to what it looked like when he arrived. I was very pleased that he charged exactly what he quoted. Overall, he did an outstanding job and I plan to contact him for all of my future appliance repair needs.
