- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price using a flat rate, excluding commercial work. Customers receive fully edited photos excluding full retouching in my standard package. I also offer discounts for things like extended image processing times, or smaller photo set sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to call my customers to work out any details prior to the shoot. I ask questions to make sure that my style matches customer expectations, and coordinate logistics to make sure every photoshoot goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been taking photos since I was eight years old, and have kept with it ever since. I've had formal training at a publishing company for the basics regarding the Adobe Suite's Photoshop and Lightroom. I also am top 90th percentile for each Adobe App I use, according to LinkedIn's professional testing.
