I requested a quote and my chimney was cleaned within a couple of hours! I know it was a fluke, but you just can’t beat that level of responsiveness. Not only is Mayer the highest rated (that I saw) but they were also less expensive than the others. The work was done quickly and well, and I got some tips on how to keep my fireplace/chimney cleaner, as well as how often I should have it professionally cleaned. Mr. Mayer was friendly, helpful, and wore a mask from the moment he arrived till he was back in his vehicle. I will definitely be using Mayer again and recommending them to everyone!

(This was a fireplace that hadn’t seen a fire in over 50 years) Great communication and the employees left my house sparkling clean every day. Justin was on time and did an amazing job. Upon inspection, it was discovered that there is a crack in the chimney. Without making us feel pressured. He showed images of the crack and explained we would want to get it repaired within a year. I feel others would have jumped at this opportunity to upsell. Instead, he did a fantastic job cleaning the fireplace/chimney. We requested a quote and gave us a worst case scenario and would put together an formal l quote. I appreciate the fact that he is doing his due diligence before sending via email. Looking forward to hearing back
