Quickly responded with estimate and picked up chairs Thursday, 11/12, with estimated completion 'within 3-4 days'. I received phone call that his sprayer broke so work would be delayed a couple of days. Ten days later, 11/22, received email that chairs may be ready today. Delivery was planned for 9am, Monday, 11/24. Received email '9am is not going to work. I have an issue to take care of.' Apparently his vehicle broke down and would have to borrow a truck from a friend for delivery by 3pm. By 3:15 received call that he was delayed in traffic. Arrived close to 4pm with chairs in back of open pickup during a snow storm. Some chips, drips and marks were obvious but Ryan assured me that he would stand behind his work and do any necessary touch-ups after Thanksgiving,11/27. I emailed him on 11/29 with notes regarding the further work, and again 12/3. Have heard nothing since 11/24 - 10 days ago. I know now that I made a mistake by paying in full when chairs were delivered.
