Blessing Campbell restored my grandmother's sewing machine cabinet. I am very happy with the results. He completed all the work as described in the quote and within the stated time frame.Mar 16, 2017Verified

I had them restore two chairs for me that had previously been attempted elsewhere and damaged in the process. Blessing Campbell company did an AMAZING job and our chairs turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the outcome of these chairs and with how easy to work with everyone was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality work done on furniture that you want to last a long time and done right and with integrity. There was no cutting corners at any point in this project and they sure know what they're doing!Nov 21, 2016Verified
Blessing Campbell are true professionals. They took a side chair that had had both front legs broken off at the top (from being accidentally shoved against something else) and which they said was "unfixablle." Not only did they make it look better, but also made it more solid than the original. The chair is gorgeous! We were also impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency with which the projecct was handled--and at a fair and reasonable price. It is becoming increasingly rare these days to find someone of Walt's extensive knowledge of and wide experience in restoring wood furniture. He and the people at Blessing Campbell do museum-quality work. We will be calling on them again for future projects.May 17, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is always done on a per job basis, and is determined by many factors. These are always explained to the customer during the quote appointment. The are standards that we follow, but the jobs vary so widely that it would be impossible,to set standard pricing guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We first must see and discuss the project with the customer, and determine what is expected as an outcome. We than put the project in our system and print out an itemized estimate that must be signed by the customer. This is sent to the customer by mail. Once all is agreed and signed we schedule a pickup date and time. The customer will recieve an invoice that may or may not require a deposit. We will complete the work and may require color approvals. Than we will schedule a delivery date and time. Depending on your address, there may be a small fuel charge on your invoice this is determined by our computer software when your invoice information is entered.
