- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering discounted mile reimbursement! If you are a reoccurring client then I waive 1/2 the mile reimbursement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is fairly straightforward & simple. I’ll respond to your message (quickly) and get you scheduled for the work requested. My team & I will complete the work in a timely but effective manner. From there you will receive a visit itinerary with before/after pictures, and an official invoice… both for your records. If additional services are needed/requested, we will schedule something after the invoice has been completed. 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple professional experience references. I worked as a professional gardener for Sunnyside Gardens in Minneapolis for many seasons.
