We hired John and his team to complete full demo of our 1960s bathroom. They were very careful, cleaned up after themselves daily and did a great job. We decided to hire them to also do the cement board and drywall for the bathroom and again, they did a great job. All surfaces are perfectly square and smooth. Very nice job all around!

John's team did a great job in my parent's basement bathroom remodel. I am not intimately familiar with the details - after hiring, he worked directly with them on each of the tasks needed. But I know they needed gutting (jacuzzi removal, shower removal, vanity and built-in cabinet removal), plumbing rerouting and drain moving, and touch up sheetrock for where everything was removed. And John's team came in fast, professional, and were great to work with. They also installed the new shower/tub combo that my parents purchased. Great experience with them, and will be reaching out in the near future for additional projects.

We’re very happy with the installation of our new sliding patio door. Butkov was able to start the work quickly and efficiently. The rough opening in the stucco for the door was slightly too large, but they were able to add trim to fix the issue. Workers were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.
