Fantastic Teacher! We've been taking lessons from Brian for two months now. He's professional, prepared, prompt, and fun to play guitar with. Hire him!

Finding a guitar teacher that is professional and committed has been a 3 year struggle for us. We are SO grateful for Brian! He not only matches my son's enthusiasm for guitar, but challenges him, makes learning enjoyable, and goes out of his way to connect with him. Brian's willing to think outside the box and find new ways to get his students learning in different environments that will stretch them. He currently comes to our home for weekly lessons and has always been on time and gone out of his way to communicate over and above. We recommend Brian to all of our friends!

Brian's rapport with both my kids made learning music fun and they felt successful. He's very professional and easy to work with! Using him for both piano and guitar lessons--with the added bonus of him coming to our home--has been a good fit for us!

Brain teaches our squirmy 7-year-old twin girls, our talkative 11-year-old daughter, and our too-cool-for-school 13-year-old son. His enthusiasm is what makes him able to adapt to such a wide range of kids. We love how he plans the lessons according to our kids' likes. The kids eagerly anticipate his arrival each week!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my students take private instruction to develop their personal skills of playing an instrument (or singing). Once the basics are in place I help students compose and find their creative voice. Once students are ready, I help them find musical ensembles or performance venues to share their skills with others.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Consider what you need from a teacher. Do you need someone who will provide structure or just new ideas? Opportunities or just instruction? A more personalized approach or more standardized? Once you know what you need, find a teacher who can suit your exact needs.
