Scott Dupre was prompt in evaluating the work that was needed on our home. What was too small of a project for other vinyl siding specialists here on Thumbtack was no problem for Northwest Exteriors. The work was completed well within the time frame I had planned. We were also astounded with how quickly the job was completed and with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Northwest Exteriors to anyone who needs repairs or upgrades to their vinyl siding.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. My roof was started and completed 2 days after i signed on the dotted line and its looks amazing. The siding and windows on my garage make my old garage new. In fact a neighbor asked me how they tore down and rebuilt it so fast. Several passer-bys have complimented me on the renovations. Everything happened very quickly and i couldn't be happier. Great experience with Northwest Exteriors. We needed to repair flashing due to sewer gas smell. Some investigative work was needed to ensure this would solve the problem-they were committed to finding and solving the problem.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and that means every bid is unique. I don't believe in "one size fits all" solutions because that just isn't practical and I don't want to set expectations that might not be met. I can tell you that I price fairly and don't bid low to win a job. I believe that quality and efficiency are well worth it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's needs, then help them select the products that are best for them. I offer sensible options that are geared toward how they will benefit most rather than what might COST the most. Above all, I strive to treat everyone professionally and courteously. I understand that there is a lot of trust involved in welcoming me into their home and I do my best to respect that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, I go through a minimum of 7 hours CE and certification workshop's from various manufacturers of building products. From cultured stone applications to roofing and siding certification I strive to stay up to date on the latest advancements and codes in the industry.
