The first we met with was Jafar from Black Swan. We were immediately impressed with how responsive he was and how he made sure to let us know how soon he would be arriving. He was timely and I appreciate that respect for my time more than I can express. I had some very particular things I was looking for in carpet and padding. Jafar’s ability to understand what I specifically wanted was important. He listened and, since he didn’t have those specific samples with him, he dropped them off for us a couple of hours later. From those samples, we were able to easily decide which carpet to go with thanks to Jafar’s expertise. We met with Jafar on a Monday evening and our carpet installation was completed one week later exactly. My husband & I were very impressed at how quickly the whole process was. The two installers that came out were both professional and efficient. They worked quickly but were thorough and did their job well. We are so thrilled with our new carpet and how great it looks! I highly recommend working with this reliable and exceptional company and would recommend them to anyone!"See more

Joshua arrived on time and well prepared to install my new front door. He had to use his ingenuity as there hasn't ever been a front door on my porch only a screen door. In addition, the door opening wasn't square. He did a wonderful job and respectfully cleaned up afterwards. I will hire him again!

I’m really happy with ZAM ZAM! A 111 years-old door flipped around and looking like it has always been that way in the frame, and a new sliding barn door installed with some modifications to make it work within an unusual hallway. Both at a great price and on time. Definitely calling again when there is more door trouble, because this house is full of old doors!

Tried to hire Vlad but his prices were way too high. Tried to negotiate but he wouldn’t budge on his prices. Quoted me $500 to hang interior barn doors that already had wheels/hardware attached to both doors. Only had to screw door rail on the wall and hang both doors. 30 minutes of work, max. So either Vlad didn’t want the job or his prices are out of this world. Very disappointed.

We had Josh replace the side door on our garage that used to be and was rotted and broken. Unfortunately our door was not standard size, but Josh was able to take measurements and find us door options that would work to cut down to the size we needed with no issue! Our existing frame also wasn’t perfect but he was able to adjust and make everything work and look great! He was responsive and on time which I really appreciated! Definitely recommend if you need a door replaced!
