Noah was great. Very kind, communicative and patient (I had *a lot* of questions as I was sort of thrust into home ownership due to an aging parent that allowed much of this 100 year old house fall into disrepair). He immediately scheduled a service call for a house full of backed up old pipes and drains. Thought it may have been root growth or a main drain issue but he diagnosed us with “old galvanized pipes that probably need a good deep cleaning until you can replace them”. So he managed to clear what he could and got things flowing. Pointed out a few smaller issues that didn’t need immediate repair just to be aware of as I demo & reno. Will be calling on him again for future help installing some kitchen and laundry appliances in the near future!

I recently hired Noah to replace a toilet that had seen better days and was no longer functioning well. Even though this wasn’t an emergency, he was able to come out within just a few days, which I really appreciated. Noah quickly assessed the old toilet and recommended replacing it due to its age. He took care of everything—picked up the new toilet, installed it, and hauled away the old one—all in just a couple of hours. That was a huge relief since I only have one bathroom!
