- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 an hour for our handyman service, licensed (residential contractor) and insured. We have 4 workers available to assist with jobs. Our hourly rate is for misc handyman services, we are able to provide written bids for jobs if necessary. Masonry work is by bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we like to meet, "shake hands" and take a look at the job. At that point we have a good understanding of what the customer is looking for and how we can help them achieve it and can offer the most accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 plus years as a trade mason; complete renovation of multiple homes; hundreds of successfully completed handyman repairs and installations.
