I charge by project fees rather than an hourly rate when it comes to furniture assembly. I want my customers to know exactly how much they are going to pay for the services I provide. With furniture assembly, I have the ability to accurately judge how much time I will take, which then helps me provide you with a better, or simple, method of pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've done quite a lot of this type of work for myself and have found that I have a nack for it.
