- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary from project to project, we do honor discounts on multiple flooring going into one project, we do offer military discount. Any fees are applied if customer decides to cancel the order the same day of the installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The estimate Manager or supervisor will explain everything clear and be very thorough with the project from start to finish. Answer as many questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tile installer's have certification for heat systems. We have been trained by other flooring contractors. We have a demo crew with a certification in lead.
