S & S offered transparent pricing and high quality work. This is an owner-operator firm so they don't have excess overhead which keeps their prices low. I have worked with other firms in the past but the next time I need floors refinished I'll call S & S.

Changing my review after thinking that this floor job was done well, but since finding several spots of pooled poly that were not smoothed out (both drops and splotches). Ravin sent Mike to fix one larger patch, but after communicating about finding others, he has not reached out to schedule someone to come back and fix them. This company was on the lower end of quotes. So be warned, you get what you pay for. I am going to have to find another more legitimate floor company to come out and fix their mess.
