Ravin / S and S flooring was great to work with. We had him sand 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, foyer, and 1 flight of stairs. Extremely communicative. Very thorough and quick . From start to finish it was only 4 days. Everything was cleaned afterwards. All corners were perfectly scraped and sanded. I would highly recommend to anyone for hardwood floor sanding.

Robin and his team did a phenomenal job on my living room and kitchen. I installed oak floors in my kitchen and originally had maple floors in the kitchen. Robin sanded down both rooms and applied a clear oil finish (his finish recommendation), and the rooms turned out great. The transition of different woods was masked perfectly by his team. I contacted Robin and in a matter of about a week and a half to two weeks the project was completely finished. He squeezed me in to his busy schedule and still maintained a great level of detail in his work. I would recommend Robin and his team to anyone needing there floors refinished.
