First, Henok at Silver Bells responded almost immediately, to my online request for information. He always replied to my requests for quotes, scheduling, and rescheduling, when my personal arrangements fell through. Second, my initial plan for a cleaning day had to be postponed indefinitely, due to my job reassignment. Henok acted very professionally, flexing Silver Bells schedule to accommodate my quick changes. Third, Silver Bells was cleaning my camping trailer, which hadn’t been cleaned since we first set it up. Not only did the team clean the general living areas, making the trailer look showroom fresh, they cleaned the rust stains off the shower walls and toilet, so that it looked like we replaced all the fixtures! We were VERY happy with the results and the value gained by having Silver Bells professionally clean the trailer.

I really appreciated Silver Bells Inc because they made the whole holiday process effortless. They delivered the Christmas tree right to us, brought it inside, set it up, and made sure it was straight and secure. On top of that, they also handled all the Christmas lights from installing them outside to making sure everything looked neat, even, and professional
