- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Holiday lights are priced by linear foot (the amount of lights used). We like to say the the best bang for your buck is having your rooflines/peaks decorated. Most homes fall in the range of $600 - $1000 depending on the size of the home. Do you like saving money? The lights and install get cheaper with every year we install them. Year 2 is 10% off and Year 3 is 15% off! Installation before November 15 receives an additional 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we get information about your home and are able to email you a free estimate on getting your home decorated! Please be aware that Your Holiday Lights does not install customer-supplied lights. Also, Your Holiday Lights currently has a $499 job minimum for the 2019 season.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Having your Holiday Lights installed is a significant purchase for any home. With Your Holiday Lights, you can rest easy knowing that we are fully insured and bonded. With any amount of significant ladder work, you want to make sure you're protected and have zero liability on your property. You are fully covered with Your Holiday Lights. Additionally, we provide free maintenance during the entire time your lights are installed. If something happens like a light bulb goes out, we don't want you to do anything but give us a call. There is never a cost for any maintenance! Lastly, we take down your lights and store them free of charge until the next holiday season. And next holiday season - your lights are discounted 10% (year 2) and 15% (year 3). We love saving our customers money and making them happy!
