Erich was extremely helpful when it came time for us to get our homeinspection done. He was able to squeeze us into a tight schedule and thoroughly explain what it is they look for in the inspection. He was right on time with the time slot that was set up and walked us through the home to show us the things he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a quality homeinspection done.
Erich was very professional (and so nice!) from the beginning. I initially felt more comfortable going with his company since he is the Owner and Lead Inspector and would personally be performing the inspection himself. He reached out to me directly, provided his contact information and took my call right away. His promptness was so appreciated as we had a small timeframe to complete the inspection.
Erich was so friendly and honest - something that is so refreshing these days! He didn't want to overcharge us or provide services we didn't need - I had called a few other companies for pricing and they continued to try to upsell me on "packages" I didn't want or need. Erich really listens and offers great insight during the homeinspection - he knows his stuff! His report and explanations were thorough with photos and he took the time to make sure we understood everything.

Erich was great! We were able to hire him a day before we needed inspections on 2 units & he was able to communicate quickly. During the inspection he took us through everything he found, explaining the items that should actually be a concern to us and flagging the items for our personal knowledge! Even telling us how to proceed with specific items, which helps having the professional assistance. Terrific choice :)

Erich with ConstructSPEC was so helpful for our homeinspection. First of all, he had one of the best prices we saw while searching. He was very responsive and willing to work with our schedule. During the inspection he was extremely thorough, walked us through any issues he saw in our house and helped us understand what it would take to fix it, how much it would cost, what materials we could use and when he thought it would need to be fixed by (primary vs. secondary concern). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything! We discuss the home inspection process, concerns, issues, etc. before we begin. I welcome the prospective homeowner to join me throughout the inspection! Once the inspection is completed, We will send the report within 24 hours upon completion of inspection. This report is a detailed document which includes pictures of the findings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified home inspectors.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for the construction industry. After buying several homes, I know the importance of having a throughout inspection done so with my background and my understanding of this important job it was a natural fit for me to help others.
