Great experience from start to finish for the most part. House was cleaned as agreed. I loved that they stopped by to walk through my home with me before giving me an estimate. They told me everything that they would clean in each room and made sure I understood our partnership. Everything they said they would do, they did. My only issue is that a few pieces of my blinds were broken and I was not informed. Additionally, I have a few plants around my living room. When they placed the tables back to where they were, they smushed some of my plants and some leaves were damaged. Nothing too drastic, and nothing I haven’t done myself while cleaning. I took one star off due to a lack of communication around the damaged things. Overall, I had a great experience and will continue hiring them on a bi-weekly basis as I am healing from a back injury from a car accident.

I am very happy with the work that was done. After they completed I was asked to do a walk through. Everything was done to my expectations. I will continue having them clean my home. They were also okay with a flat coated retriever.
