- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Each home is quoted based on size, condition, and service type to ensure accuracy. We offer a first-time customer discount as a welcome. We also require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Our goal is to provide quality service while respecting both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a detailed estimate based on your home and specific needs. Once approved, we schedule your service and send a confirmation. On the day of cleaning, our team/provider arrives fully equipped and follows a structured top-to-bottom cleaning process. After completion, we ensure everything meets our standards and follow up if needed. Clear communication and consistency are very important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential cleaning standards, safe product use, and efficient cleaning systems. We focus on proper techniques, attention to detail, and time management to ensure consistent results. We continuously refine our processes to maintain quality and professionalism.
