The environment is comfortable and professional. There is kind staff at the front desk and a pleasant waiting area. I've had some sessions for anxiety that seemed to help (less anxious, better sleep). Also, I attempted a smoking cessation appointment which went very well and will be doing another one soon. Hopefully my next appointment will be my last smoking cessation appointment, I've gone 35 days without a cigarette and feel pretty good. Biggest take away for me is I thought it was going to be like a hypnotist at a show but it was more like a professional appointment. Thank you Today Hypnotherapy!

Went to Today Hypnotherapy in January 2020 to quit smoking. Its been over a year and I walked out of the office a non-smoker to never look back. Im so glad I made the choice to go and leave cigarettes behind. Easy and painless. I did two sessions, it was like magic. Thanks Today Hypnotherapy!
