I received quotes from 3 companies before going with Chris. I was so impressed that he actually does the work himself. He painted the soffit and fascia and did an outstanding job! He was prompt, professional and went out of his way to explain what he was doing. Great estimate, and the work was completed in the timeframe allotted. A very hardworking and responsible person. I would definitely use him again!!

Fantastic job in every respect. The price was competitive and reasonable. The outside of my house looks great! Chris helped us make preparations, applied multiple coats of primer and final color, and great job on the fascia repairs and painting. He also painted a few bedrooms inside the house and repaired a few doors and cabinets for us.
Chris is a skilled professional. He understands the job scope, explained it to us in detail, and understands the time it takes to complete the job. I've worked with many contractors before and we recommend Chris!

My wife and I were remodeling our home, and a family friend recommended Sabat Painting and Restoration to do all the interior painting for the main house as well as the guest house. Chris was very honest and to the point, guiding us through each step of the process and making sure that we were satisfied all along the way. We've worked with other painters before, and not only was his quote fair, but we feel he went above and beyond. If my wife or I had a question, he was quick to respond and the changes we asked for were made right away. They finished painting ahead of schedule just before a big storm rolled through, which would have set us back another week. Overall, he was a great guy to have met, and I couldn't be happier with the work he and his company did.
