- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple: $79.00 plus the cost of disposal at your local recycle/problem waste facility. Our quotes are a one-time payment with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ecka Moving wants to understand your project thoroughly, while also build your trust as a customer. We prefer to call/text to discuss parameters of a project, pricing, and scheduling. We are always accommodating to your schedule, and ensure a job-well-done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eric has been providing moving and junk removal services for over 3 years, performing hundreds of transportation projects. Since founding Ecka Moving in 2018, Eric has been serving customers with confidence of quality and a job well-done. Eric also has his Bachelor's Degree in Biology; Chemistry.
