Landcraft has been handling our landscape needs for a couple of years now. They are reliable, reasonable and personable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually need to see the residence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a straight forward small project that requires no design Landcraft can quote a price. If it is a project installing a patio, wall, garden, or water feature, Landcraft would meet with the client to discuss materials, size and aesthetic, before giving an estimate. If a design is required, the initial meeting will be free and we'll meet and discuss the needs for the design and any site issues and design fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shannon O'Halloran- Owner and Designer has been working in Landscape Design Build for 19 years. She has degree in Landscape Design and Construction and is Pesticide Certified and a Certified MNLA (Minnesota Nursery and Landscape) Professional.
