We hired Ben Erickson and his crew to repair a landscaping project that the prior owners of our house had completed several years ago. It was a small but complex project and we were delighted with the professionalism and quality of work that Ben brought to the project. Our patio area had settled near the new addition on our house, and consequently rainwater flowed toward the house across the stone patio. Obviously this is not good. The complexity was that besides the incorrect slope of the patio due to settlement, we otherwise enjoyed the aesthetics of the patio and the wooden porch. Ben's team was able to re-grade the patio and re-grade the catch basin system to re-direct runoff away from the house, without making any unnecessary and costly changes to the stone patio or wooden porch. As with any house project, oftentimes unexpected challenges present themselves during the course of the project, and Ben and his crew were excellent at problem solving during the project in order to accomplish the goal. We recommend Ben for other landscaping projects and we plan to use his company for future projects ourselves.

My sister had a 15ft paver install so her little ones can enjoy the backyard since just had a baby and had to be at home and couldn’t take them to their usual summer activities and dad is working. This individual lied to my postpartum sister. He had done patio pavers and left a steep hill of dirt. Told her to plant grass. When my sister mentioned she wasn’t happy about the hill of sand that was formed during paver install. Especially for the safety of her small children. He said he can remove the hill of dirt and add a step instead. That same day she paid in full he told come back next day to “fix” and add the “step”. She called him following day and she went straight to voicemail. Eventually she got text communication. He told her he was booked for the rest of the SUMMER! What an awful customer service
