Overall, I was very happy to work with Tedious and have already recommended them to a co-worker. They removed 2.5 pickup beds worth of leaves from my yard. Pros: Was right on time, was detail oriented (edging was better than I expected it to be), price was good ($250 for about 3000 square feet and 7.5 hours of work for one person), and they were friendly. Also, faced with not being able to get their riding mower into my fenced back yard, they thought outside the box and ended up blowing all the leaves out of the back yard so that the mower could gather them up. They faced the unexpected challenge with a ton of professionalism. Lastly, I was able to leave while they worked on the yard. Very easy to just pay via PayPal with my credit card. Cons: Slow to respond to messages (waited almost all day at one point of the conversation), price was initially quoted at $200 based on photos, but I ended up agreeing on $250 after they saw the yard, the leaf coverage, and the fact that my fence would not allow their riding mower into the back yard. Bottom line: I would happily work with them again for around the same price and will definitely recommend them to others.
