In-person appointments may include a travel fee depending on location. Payment is required before the session or according to the agreed package terms. Pricing and expectations will always be explained before services begin so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, preferred learning or coaching style, and whether my services are the right fit. For grief and life coaching, we identify what changed, what feels most difficult now, and what kind of support would be helpful. Sessions may focus on grief, boundaries, routines, family changes, identity, communication, or practical next steps. For computer lessons, I ask what device, program, or task the customer wants to learn. I then create a simple lesson based on their current skill level and goals.
