I wish I could give 0 stars. This company left me high and dry on the only day I was available to move out of my storage and into my apartment! They first said they could come early when I confirmed with them earlier that morning so I agreed ! The earlier the bed right! Wrong ! They claimed their truck broke down and all U-Haul systems were down so they couldn’t get another truck. YES ! ALL OF THEM EVERY SINGLE U-HAUL IN. MINNEAPOLIS! SO I was told 2 hours later that they could not accommodate me but could in the morning as if people don’t work . Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t do it just don’t Easy junk removal saved the day use them instead!
