Her consistency and presence made it safe for me express what I needed in order to complete the goals we created together at the beginning of each session and at the beginning of our first session. The check in each week was very helpful as well as asking which platform (email, phone, text) was best for communication between sessions.

I'm an award-winning corporate trainer who holds a Masters degree in Leadership from Augsburg University. My love for public speaking started in Toastmasters, where I served as an officer after winning several speech contests. I also facilitate management skills training for a variety of clients.
