- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What the customer should know about our pricing is you are paying for high quality, hard working professionals, our labor, we do have a 2hr minimum (unless we give a flat rate) and our pricing is a lot more affordable than major moving companies!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customers is by giving them a quote, explaining what they’re paying for and trying to explain the process once we arrive if they decide to pick us for the job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The type of training I have that relates to my work is a lot of educational videos about moving, on the job training and overall experience. I have dealt with a lot of different types of situations in the moving industry!
