- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard moving rate is $130 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. This includes the moving truck, two professional movers, dollies, stretch wrap, moving blankets, and basic bed disassembly/reassembly. We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer 10% discounts for seniors, veterans, and active-duty military members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the details of your move, including the locations, items being moved, preferred date and time, and any special requests. From there, we provide a clear estimate and help you choose the best option for your move. Once everything is confirmed, our crew arrives prepared and ready to get the job done safely and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in the moving industry. We understand proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, loading methods, truck organization, and how to safely handle customers’ belongings. Our team is trained to work efficiently while treating every item with care.
