Did a fine job first time, but no showed me THREE times in a row and gave no notice. If you are looking for reliability, Doug isn't the guy. I couldn't believe the last time he no-showed me. I asked if he was still coming at 10 and he told me he was going skiing and offered no timeline on when he would complete job. Completely unprofessional.
