- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even though I price accordingly to the industry, I keep prices reasonable not only to stay competitive but I adjust them based on level of satisfaction I receive from my clients. Customer satisfaction is key, that is why I chose smilepainting as my company name.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to be cordial and communicate clearly from the get-go via text which, I've noticed is a preferred method of communication amongst clients. I like to be transparent and provide clients with confidence of delivery and satisfaction which is shown in my reviews. I do this by clearing up any doubts that they may have from the start and in addition to that, I provide my clients with clear visions on things such as proportion, contrast, spacial context, and color schemes that help clarify the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Painting is my passion. I have been doing it for over 18 years. I also am knowledgeable with interior design as it applies to color palettes.
