Pricing is all based on the guest or host. We work to find a comfortable balance between them, and the level of experience they would like to enjoy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of questions! I like to talk to a new customer. I want them to be able to share their personality, their like dislikes, what they want is to create for them etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef. I have been studying all types of cuisines under a lot of great chefs for 10 years now. I studied abroad for a year under some amazing chefs!
