I had Seth cater a work gathering for about 12 people. He was extraordinarily easy to work with and he blew us away. The food was delicious and he was very professional. I didn’t have to do a thing. Overall a great experience, and I can’t wait to work with him again!

We had a backyard mid-day garden wedding. Everything about it was perfect BUT the food and presentation was beyond perfect. The buffet was beautifully displayed, the selections were unique and hand-crafted and fresh. Seth was also wonderful in his professionalism, his eye for detail and his help at every step. Seth helped me pull off a surprise dinner for my wife for our 1st wedding anniversary! Seth was super friendly and professional from the very beginning. He prepared an incredible Thai meal for us that was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be using Seth again in the future!

Pricing is all based on the guest or host. We work to find a comfortable balance between them, and the level of experience they would like to enjoy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of questions! I like to talk to a new customer. I want them to be able to share their personality, their like dislikes, what they want is to create for them etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef. I have been studying all types of cuisines under a lot of great chefs for 10 years now. I studied abroad for a year under some amazing chefs!
