I hired Seth for a intimate dinner for me and my wife. His menu was adventurous to say the least. The wine pairings were exceptional as was the food. He exceeded my expectations and did everything from setup to cleanup. i plan to hire him again when i need private chef services.

Wedding and Event Catering

We had a backyard mid-day garden wedding. Everything about it was perfect BUT the food and presentation was beyond perfect. The buffet was beautifully displayed, the selections were unique and hand-crafted and fresh. Seth was also wonderful in his professionalism, his eye for detail and his help at every step. My entire family had a reunion on a lake in whereami, Wisconsin. Seth was TOTALLY up for the challenge, which I respect. I can say with great confidence that this tiny town has never seen food this good before. It's just not possible. We were treated to a 5 course gourmet Italian menu that was just such a treat. We started with ricotta and crostini, as well as a beautiful and delicious charcuterie. We got to have a few drinks, and laugh together, and relax and snack while Seth, and his helper, Jen were creating perfection in our kitchen that we weren't quite sure could produce perfection. Next, we sat down to enjoy a flavorful caprese salad. Tomatos were locally grown, ripe, and so aromatic. Next up was cioppino which Seth made sure to let us know included IMPORTED seafood... not from Wisconsin (which is a bit landlocked... except lakes... but... yeah... very funny callout). Next came tortolini in a beurre blanc sauce- again over the top with flavor. These were hand made and ever so slightly al dente with intention and not a single ravioli was left behind... we devoured them. Last was chicken marsala with fresh fettucini... or sea bass if you're the token pescatarian much like myself. Now that... that was just the most beautiful piece of fish I've ever seen or eaten hands down. And the sauce was delicate, and balanced, and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor. What a treat for our family... to spend the time together... and eat this food. Seth was so much fun to work with. He's hilarious, professional, and confident. I can't recommend him more!!!

Seth was wonderful! He was easy to work with when we were coming up with a menu. He was right on time and very thoughtful about Covid and ensuring everyone was comfortable with precautions. But the best part was the food! We had seafood heavy multi-course meal and it was all cooked perfectly. Knowing we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary he brought slime beautiful flowers and champagne to make it an even better celebration. He also made himself at home in our kitchen so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He left everything clean and in order. I highly recommend Seth!

    Pricing is all based on the guest or host. We work to find a comfortable balance between them, and the level of experience they would like to enjoy.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Lots of questions! I like to talk to a new customer. I want them to be able to share their personality, their like dislikes, what they want is to create for them etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a self taught chef. I have been studying all types of cuisines under a lot of great chefs for 10 years now. I studied abroad for a year under some amazing chefs!
