- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give discounts for referrals, good reviews and for non profit organizations. During our consultation, I will be able to quote a price for you based off your needs for your home. If there are any add ons after I arrive to your home, there will be extra fees included to your original quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, I will do an in home or remote consultation. This will give us a chance to get aquatinted, and I’ll be able to know what the client is needing done and potential dates and times. After the consultation, I will send the client a quote for my services and set an time for me to start working. I will go to our first appointment with another person for safety reasons and if the help is needed. They will registered with thumbtack as well. I will confirm again the tasks that need to be done and if there has been any changes, the price could change accordingly. When I complete the job, I will ask for payment and if they’re satisfied with my work, I’ll ask to leave a friendly review and let them know I am willing to return whenever they need more organizing and/or cleaning done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BA in Liberal Arts from the University of MN, however my organization and cleaning skills came from my grandmother who had a degree from the UMN in Home Economics. I have organized closets and various areas of homes for over 15 years by word of mouth. I worked for a home cleaning company from 2020 to 2022 that used all organic products.
