Personal Training

Doug is by far the best personal trainer I’ve had. He’s patient, experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and very likable. You can’t go wrong with him. Not only a great personal trainer, but a good friend as well. He’ll make you feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Personal Training

Doug has brought me light years from where I was. After having knee replacement and lumbar spine fusion over the winter, he has already gotten me from being able to walk less than a few feet in February to being to walk while playing 18 holes and strong enough to do anything prior to my onset of issues. USE HIM!!!!!!!

Personal Training

Doug is careful, and he helps lay a foundation for better health. He doesn't promise amazing results in 12 weeks-- he doesn't have to make promises he can't keep. What he does works; I feel better, I'm stronger, and I'm making small changes each week with his support to keep progressing toward better health. I can't recommend Doug enough.

Personal Training

Extremely professional. Focused on my workout completely. Works to push limits, but never have been injured from workouts. Great knowledge and patience.

Personal Training

Doug does not judge, and he's very careful to make sure that the workouts are both challenging enough to start the process of getting me fit, but not so challenging that I aggravate an old injury or get a new injury.
