About
With over 35 years of experience in strength and skill training, I offer personal training in my private, in-home fitness studio. It’s clean, well-equipped, and designed to give you focused, distraction-free workouts.
I’m passionate about sharing the lessons I’ve learned over the decades—how to focus on the process instead of the outcome, and the real power of perseverance. My goal is to teach you how to move your body in ways that will benefit you for the rest of your life, building strength, confidence, and long-term health.
If you’re ready for personalized, one-on-one training in a comfortable setting, I’d be happy to work with you.

My experience so far has been great. Doug takes time to explain what, how and how not to do something. I have only worked out few times but I already feel stronger and feel like I have more energy. Looking forward to my next session 👍

It's an incredible experience to step into a room with a professional trainer that has the kind of expertise and history that a man like Doug Moore has. The modern day version of Jack Lalanne. It didn't matter whether Doug was talking about his professional accomplishments as a champion weight lifter or overcoming personal adversity following a car accident it was clear that a key to his success is the tremendous internal drive to keep making progress towards his goals. No excuses.
That is the same type of energy he conveys when designing a workout strategy for a client and motivating them to be successful. I understood he would be there to guide and support but ultimate success was my responsibility. A great lesson to start out with from from someone that has been there.
Doug demonstrates the right combination of patience and drive and he presents it all in a very professional way.

Doug has brought me light years from where I was. After having knee replacement and lumbar spine fusion over the winter, he has already gotten me from being able to walk less than a few feet in February to being to walk while playing 18 holes and strong enough to do anything prior to my onset of issues. USE HIM!!!!!!!

Doug does not judge, and he's very careful to make sure that the workouts are both challenging enough to start the process of getting me fit, but not so challenging that I aggravate an old injury or get a new injury.

Doug is careful, and he helps lay a foundation for better health. He doesn't promise amazing results in 12 weeks-- he doesn't have to make promises he can't keep. What he does works; I feel better, I'm stronger, and I'm making small changes each week with his support to keep progressing toward better health.
I can't recommend Doug enough.
