Your first session is a 1‑hour assessment and workout, I get to know your movement patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement. Together, we'll outline a plan—how often to train, what to focus on, and what success looks like for you. After that, you simply book your sessions, choose the pricing option that fits your schedule, and start building consistency.
